Before the conference you can read an interview with Calle from TXone here.

Would you like to start by introducing your company, what makes it unique?

TXOne is a pure OT cybersecurity player. Our focus on OT enables us to support a much wider range of OT protocols than what other traditional cybersecurity companies’ colleagues do.

What do you see as the biggest opportunities and challenges in the industrial security industry right now?

The digitalization journey for many customers accelerated during and after the covid pandemic. Production units and factories that before were not connected, now suddenly were fully online. These units have in most cases very old assets and security has never been taken into consideration since it never has been needed. The demand from customers to have not only visibility but also protection capabilities is huge. Visibility tools from various vendors have been around for a long time but there have never been purpose-built protection solutions for OT. TXOne is the first vendor that addresses this from all angles. The challenges are that since there never have been any protection solutions available many customers need to be educated and convinced that TXOne can help them.

When looking forward just 5-10 years, what do you think will be different within security?

I think we will see a broad use of AI to help protect customers assets. Of course, the people and organizations on the other side will also use AI so the race will continue and accelerate. I also anticipate that we will see an even more connected society, and this will introduce both opportunities as well as challenges.

What is your next project?

We are going into a hectic second half of the year. We are going to launch a couple of campaigns and are attending several industry events to increase recognition of our brand. In addition to this we have several huge customer projects that will send echo´s in the industry but let´s get back to that later 😉

You have a booth at the conference. What can the delegates expect when they visit it?

The delegates interested in how to not only get visibility but also being able to protect their OT environments should take the time to stop by our booth. We will showcase our solution and have technical expertise on site that can do deep dives into specific subjects.

What are your expectations for the conference?

I have great expectations for this year’s conference. Last year was great and I think this year will be even better. With the demands from NIS2 being on people’s mind, I expect to get a lot of questions how we can help.

What in your opinion makes the ISC-CPH, a must attend event?

The event with it´s pure focus on ICS is a great venue for people to get together and not only listen to what’s new but also get the chance to meet and discuss with people having the same challenges in other organizations. I think conferences like ICS is a going to play a more important role going forward.
